• If documents required for verification are not submitted in time, the account may be temporarily suspended.
• If false information is found to have been provided, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (applicable to all methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer).
• Funds will be credited to the account only after the deposit is successfully processed.
• You must use a payment method registered in your own name — use of third-party payment methods is prohibited.

• Example: Depositing ৳42,000 gives you the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, making your total balance ৳62,000.
• A wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Once a bonus has been claimed, the deposit amount cannot be refunded.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can be claimed only once per member.
• Attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts will result in account closure.
• No-deposit bonuses (Free Bet or Free Spin) cannot be withdrawn without meeting the applicable terms.

5.3 VIP Program

• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded.

• A bet will not be accepted if there is insufficient balance in the account.

Prohibited Activities

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
• Attempting to introduce hacking tools, viruses, or harmful software to the platform.
• Using automated software or bots for betting or gaming.
• Attempting to launder money or process illegal funds through the jayta9 platform.
• Conducting transactions using third-party payment methods or funds.
• Engaging in disrespectful or threatening behavior toward jayta9 staff.

Privacy and Data Protection

• Information provided during registration will be used solely for the purpose of operating the service.
• Your personal information will not be sold or rented to third parties.
• Information may be shared with authorities where required by legal obligation.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.

Responsible Gaming Policy

• Never use borrowed money for gaming.
• Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.

Limitation of Liability

Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 At jayta9's Initiative

• If evidence of a terms violation is found, jayta9 may close the account immediately.
• If fraud or money laundering is suspected, the account will be kept under investigation.
• The account will be temporarily suspended until identity verification is completed.
• Any remaining balance will be returned upon account closure (provided no terms violation has occurred).

11.2 At the Member's Initiative

• Any member may request account closure via 24/7 live chat.
• The remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.
• In the case of a self-exclusion request, re-registration will not be permitted before the specified period ends.

Dispute Resolution

• Complaints must first be submitted via 24/7 live chat or by email at [email protected].
• jayta9 will respond to complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
• If a dispute arises due to a technical error, the relevant logs and records will be reviewed.
• In gambling-related disputes, jayta9's decision will be considered final.
• The amount in question may be held in the account while the dispute is being resolved.
